I'm a total beginner — is this for me?

Absolutely. A huge part of my clients start with little or no gym experience. We build the basics properly so you train safely and confidently from day one.

What does "natural" actually mean?

Everything I teach is built for drug-free, natural training and recovery. No performance-enhancing drugs, ever — just sustainable methods that work for the long haul.

Do I need a specific gym or equipment?

No. For online coaching I build your program around whatever you've got — full commercial gym, home setup or minimal kit. We make it work.

Will I have to follow a strict diet?

No banned-foods-for-life nonsense. We set realistic targets and build habits you can actually keep, so the results stick once coaching ends.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients feel stronger and more consistent within a few weeks. Visible change builds over months — I'm here for real, lasting progress, not a quick fix.
